Easysparen GmbH was founded by the company’s CEO, Maximilian Schneider, in 2009. He started off by selling consumer electronics online out of his garage. In 2013, after establishing a wide network in the German consumer electronics area, the company decided to create a department focused on distribution, called easybution. Nowadays the company has 15 employees and offices in Germany, the UK and Hong Kong.

Easybution is distributing the whole range of Comply™ products for the German market.

“We were the exclusive SMS Audio distributor in the past and are now the exclusive Klipsch Home Audio and Mee Audio distributor in Germany.” says Ludwig Kraft, VP of strategic alliances, “So we have a strong background in audio and cooperating with Comply, which is already cooperating with both Klipsch and Mee Audio, was a logical step for us because it fits right into our portfolio, as we always loved the Comply tips on those headphones before.”
